Duties and Responsibilities

- Ensure development of sales by building network, looking for channel partners and advice on appropriate product range, organization, and technical/service support. - Responsible for sales and margins target, manage customer portfolio, and special affairs - Handle marketing activities, communication campaign and promotional events to support sales - Drive Market study and provide monthly reports on activities to Management - Structure and develop Aftersales activity (Parts and Workshop) - Develop/Create/Animate dealers network - Control stock levels, market price and help defining price strategy - Analyze sales and stock rotations and propose monthly re-orders - Propose and justify new models or addition to existing range. - Liaise with Parts Manager to ensure that sufficient servicing parts are always in stock and introduce new products to him. - Give recommendations on purchases of accessories (helmets, gloves, life jackets…) - Ensure compliance with Group policy Other information : - Position based in Accra, but monthly travelling to North of the country and surrounding countries (Ghana Border) - Accommodation provided by the company, including various expenses (water, electricity) - Company vehicle and mobile phone

Job Qualifications & Skills / Selection Criteria

MASTER Degree in Sales and Marketing - Good working experience in sales and/or marketing (trainee/apprentice/first job) - Fluent English and French - Experience in Africa will be highly appreciated - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and easily adaptable to change - Result driven - Willingness to listen, observe, and learn the product development cycle (experience in Motorcycling will be a plus, or Automotive) - Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines - Ability to think and work independently with little supervision - Ability to resolve conflict. Use initiative and deal with unforeseen circumstances, especially when travelling (autonomous) - Good communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills - Candidate must be PC literate with good MS Office applications
