The mission based in Gulf of 12 months will mainly consist support HR function in the deliver an efficient systems and employee administration function, actively support HR projects whilst maintaining a high level of internal customer service standards within the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

You will main missions :

- Act as first point of contact for routine inquiries related to HR policies and procedures, providing support and advice too managers and employees 

- Update organisational charts quarterly in order to ensure accurate reflection of the organisational structure and headcount

- Execute end to end employee on-boarding and separation formalities in coordination with line managers and HOD’s 

- Support HR project activities via extensive project activities including, research, database creation and management and timeline reminders

- Enter, maintain and update employee information in the HR system, prepare employee letters for employees as needed

- Liaise with Finance to ensure pay and benefits in compliance with GULF HR benefits and allowances framework

- Compile and submit the data required for participating in annual compensation & benefit surveys

- Provide different administration support to the HR department as and when required

Job Qualifications & Skills / Selection Criteria

- Excellent MS Office skills
- Ideally Project experience
- Knowledge of HR systems is a plus
