Description du Poste et Responsabilités

We are currently recruiting for our subsidiary in Accra, Ghana, a 

Regional Key Account Manager M/F

For a food and beverage company leader in its industry your main objective is to develop Bolloré Logistics' presence on customers qualified as global/regional accounts, and guarantee the contractual commitments taken by Bolloré Logistics in Africa Zone.

Your main responsibilities are:

Key Accounts knowledge
- Have a regional overview and knowledge of the existing and potential business of the assigned Key Accounts as well as a sound understanding of the Key Accounts organization (international logistics & transport contacts and decision-makers)
- Be responsible for Customer Development Plan set up and maintenance for the assigned Key Accounts, in coordination with the direct and functional reporting lines
- Coordinate and manage individual sales contributions of country commercial and KAM resources in a cohesive manner
Key Accounts development
- Be responsible for the external and internal development of the assigned Key Accounts
- Develop and perpetuate activity (Gross Margin) with the existing Key Accounts and acquire new traffics / activities through individual prospecting actions
Tenders management
- Develop a database of tenders to be issued by the assigned key accounts
- Drive preparation to participate in tenders
- Answer to tenders
Support to Middle and Front Office Teams
- Be responsible for customers' sales team animation through Bolloré network (information sharing, meeting and visits coordination…)
Reporting
- Consolidate the statistics information from the different local operations sites, acquire a global vision on business evolutions and set up a monthly basis reporting (monthly flows evolution, revenue and profitability analysis)

Profil et critères de sélection du candidat

You hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related discipline and have at least five (5) years of experience in a key account management / customer and results focused position
You are resourceful, flexible, able to handle competing priorities and able to fit into an international dynamic and multi-cultural environment. 
You have excellent computer skills in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and ideally familiar with the use of CRM tools.
French and English are mandatory for this position as you will travel a lot within the region
