Description du Poste et Responsabilités

Position Responsibilities

  • Deliver generalist HR support and advice to Managers and Employees within the respective client group(s) and business unit(s)
    • Communicate and implement HR processes and programmes (i.e. Ranking & Appraisal, Merit, Current Estimated Potential, Stock Options) within the client group
    • Coordinate activities with other HR professionals where necessary for service delivery and implementation within the client group(s)/business unit(s)
    • Support the HR Manager and Skill Pool Managers in skills management processes
    • Support the staff competence development framework
    • Engage Employee Representatives and Managers on staff consultation issues
    • Implement appropriate resourcing strategies
    • Support business change and the management of organizational implications
    • Champion key HR initiatives (Diversity & Inclusion, Business Plan etc)
    • Maintain staff data and information with 100% accuracy
    • Accountable for delivering day-to-day HR support to client group
    • Handle monthly/annual manpower review of client departmen
    • Provide project support as required on HR and cross-functional projects within the client group/business unit

Profil et critères de sélection du candidat

Position Qualification/Experience

  • Graduated from University (BAC + 5)
    • Minimum experience of 5 years in human resources function
    • Good understanding of business requirements
    • Exposure to range of different HR roles eg Compensation and Benefits,
    • Skills in strategic partnership in HR service delivery (full accountability)
    • Knowledge of HR Strategy & Policies locally, regionally and globally
    • Ability to effectively network across all levels within the HR function and the wider business environment
