Description du Poste et Responsabilités

Key Responsibilities

  • Sending the weekly statement for the credit customers.
  • Follow up on credit and cash customers outstanding invoices. 
  • Establish a good relationship with the customers and handle their disputed invoices and reply to any clarifications might be received from the customers.
  • Calling the customers with overdue to assure the timely settlement. 
  • Ensure timely monitoring for the expired credit agreements and proper filling for the credit agreements.
  • Perform proper updates of the client payments to us in the system.
  • Handling the collections from the customers at the counter in case needed to back-up the freight cashiers.
  • Ensure the collections documents to be filed in accordance with established procedures. 
  • No audit or management letter points in own area of responsibility. 
  • Ensure compliance with all local and global Finance SOPs. 
  • Pro-actively making suggestions for improvements in procedures/savings.

Profil et critères de sélection du candidat

Who we are looking for

  • 2 years of relevant experience with front office exposure. 
  • Good knowledge of the logistics business requirements.
  • Very good level of English language 
  • Good communication skills (internal with the Colleagues and external with the customers) 
  • Good knowledge of PC software (MS Office and Outlook mail).
  • Detail-orientation, punctuality and responsible.
  • Ability to work under pressure with the customers at the counter.
  • Analytical skills
  • Team player
