Basic salary with benefits.
The purpose of the role is to provide general HR support for DAMCO South Africa. The role includes recruitment and selection of new staff, career movement and development of current employees, and the utilisation and update of all employee systems relevant to the function. Essentially, the role will give support to both management and staff by representing HR as a business partner.
