REGIONAL CRM ADMINISTRATOR
 

Description du Poste et Responsabilités

Key tasks and responsibilities:

- Users administration 

- Account management 

- Data quality monitoring 

- Application management :

Master the functionalities of the application (Process, functions, navigation tools, tips)
Master the visibility basics principles and the associated rules within the tool

- Responsible for implementation and roll-out of CRM desktop to commercial staff (including technical support and installation)

- Responsible for training of new commercial staff on Concerto and CRM Desktop in the East and Southern Africa region : 
Coordinate and support to new commercial staff undergoing e-learning
Responsible for organization refresher training
Responsible for testing of new releases and ensure communication related to the tool to commercial team
Manager Concerto / CRM Desktop licenses

- User hot-line management 

In addition to the previous responsibilities, the Regional CRM Administrator / Country Key User participate to the annual seminar for CRM administrators.

Profil et critères de sélection du candidat

Matric and Bachelor Degree (or National Diploma) 
Commercial/Marketing skills
Strong skills and proficiency in Oracle/Salesforce/Siebel
Fluency in English
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience working with CRM 

Ability to work under pressure
Attention to detail
Good communication skills
Client orientated

Extensive travel required for the position (East and Southern Africa)
